Iron corbels are great for countertop support, they're great for underneath shelving, under range hoods and cabinetry. Iron corbels are great for underneath roof overhangs, windowboxes and mailboxes. Basically, you put one anywhere you can put a corner bracket or anywhere you need decorative support. People even use them for book ends!

These are some great corbels...they definitely add character to the counter.
These are exactly what I'm looking for. I'm building a very nice contemporary man cave in the basement and I have been looking for modern corbels to hold the granite bar over hang. However, they are probably out of my price range! LOL
